4th of July!!! ICE CREAM COOKIE CUPS & CHOCOLATE STRAWBERRIES!

Whew! That was a long title!
Well, 4th of july is always exciting,
but it's even more exciting for our family- cos it's my dad's birthday! :D
HAPPY BIRTHDAY DAD! :D

So, we decided to whip up a special little dessert just for his party.

After some brainstorming [and some combining of a few goodies some mamas showed me], i decided upon
Mini sugar cookie cups, with ice cream and dipped strawberries on top!!
[special festive strawberries ;)]

Our family loved it! Yours would too :D

Also, i had a camera emergency, so all the 'prep' pics, were taken with a 55-200mm lens, so, if you know anything about those [you can shoot an airplane with them], taking photos...was no easy task.
