We're baaaack! Rice Crispy Treat Jack'o'Lantern!

In the spirit of halloween, we have returned, and with a fun, original treat!

We keep seeing little rice crispy treat pumpkins everywhere, with frosting faces, etc. And of course, we LOVE, but wanted to put our own spin on it :)

Soooo, we delved deep into our imaginations and thought of doing an ACTUAL jack o lantern, but...edible :)

So, here we go.

NOTE: the candle should be used for photo op's only. Otherwise...you will have a fire :D

What you'll need/the plan :)

Making the orange rice crispy treats

Creating your 'pumpkin' and hollowing it out (carefully)
It's important to wait for it to cool and semi-solidify

After [again, CAREFULLY :)] carving your jack's face, also cut a whole in the bottom, to insert the tea light in to. It's important to get the candle as far from the 'top' as possible.

And viola! you've got an edible jack o lantern!
